Book Review: The Edge of Never

THE EDGE OF NEVER

Twenty-year-old Camryn Bennett thought she knew exactly where her life was going. But after a wild night at the hottest club in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, she shocks everyone-including herself-when she decides to leave the only life she's ever known and set out on her own. Grabbing her purse and her cell phone, Camryn boards a Greyhound bus ready to find herself. Instead, she finds Andrew Parrish.

Sexy and exciting, Andrew lives life like there is no tomorrow. He persuades Camryn to do things she never thought she would and shows her how to give in to her deepest, most forbidden desires. Soon he becomes the center of her daring new life, pulling love and lust and emotion out of her in ways she never imagined possible. But there is more to Andrew than Camryn realizes. Will his secret push them inseparably together-or destroy them forever?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just finished reading this, and I am very, very happy I did. Everything about this novel is beautiful. The plot, characters and the phasing are just perfect. There's a lot of funny, heart-warming and heart-stopping scenes. The twist was certainly a surprise, I was literally holding my breath saying, "omg no way!" and was unsure if I should continue reading because it might break my heart. But I can't resist a story a good as this and I'm thankful I did finished it

Cam's a great protagonist. She's beautiful, funny, and she knows what she wants. What I really like in her is she knows how to forgive, but she also gives it time:) I also love her spunk when a man on the bus offered a dirty proposal to her (it was funny!). I also like Nat's character here. She's hella funny (the celebrity references!haha!) and she may have misjudged Cam because of someone, but friendship will always prevail:)

Andrew: Name one song by Bad Company and I’ll leave you
                alone about it.
Cam:     Ready For Love.
Andrew: Are you?

Andrew Parrish. What a fine man! He's just so perfect I can't even! Shall we make a list?

-He's honest
-He's funny
-He's sexy
-He calls Cam "babe" (swoon!)
-He's rich (no matter how much he deny it)
-He will take you on road trips (dies!♥ )
-and HE CAN SING!

He's just so perfect for a book boyfriend! His lines and actions are just so sweet that I'm convinced he's the star of this book.

I love that Cam and Andrew had a beautiful and fun friendship first before they actually got into something deeper. God, I love their banters! They're so much alike, except for their music preferences. Hahaha even their conversation about that is funny!

I highly recommend this to everyone who believe that love can happen anywhere, that there is destiny, and that love can deal with pain:)

"Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book."

I couldn't agree more with this. Not that I'm biased towards Green or something, (I love him!) but this applies to me so bad! That's why I was able to convince myself to put up this blog. I am such a lazy person (just take a look at my other blogs:/) but my thoughts on the novels/stories I've read since third grade are pent in my mind and I just have to get it off! So please bear with me. LOL  I hope we can all share our thoughts of the books we love more than our lives! #medyoOA :)

CHEERS TO A BEAUTIFUL AND NERDY BOOK LIFE! :)
